Vendors 44 is an online retailer operating at shop.vendors44.com. We fulfil orders through two models: a dropshipping model (fulfilled by third-party international suppliers) and a local wholesale model (products sourced from local wholesalers).

3. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. As some products are fulfilled by international suppliers, delivery times may vary. 6. Returns & Refunds

We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how to return items and receive a refund.
