Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

As we work with international dropshipping suppliers, delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered:

United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Europe: 10–20 business days
Rest of World: 14–30 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@vendors44.com. We will investigate with the supplier and carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
